 PUTNEY,
VT—November 8, 2003—News 10 (NBC affiliate
station WJAR, Providence, RI) HealthCheck reporter,
Barbara Morris, traveled to Putney
on a beautiful fall day in late September. During her
three hour visit Ms. Morris interviewed College President,
Dr. Lynda J. Katz, Dean of the College, MacLean Gander,
three students (Liz Barrett, Chris Mathey and Renee
Issler) and three faculty members for a report about
Landmark College.
In her report, Ms. Morris focused on hurdles that the students have
faced and the successes they have achieved. The four-minute segment aired
in Providence on November 8th and has been made available to other NBC
affiliate stations across the country.
