Landmark College Institute for Research and Training offers a range of services that support educational and other organizations through the process depicted in the
fi gure below. The process includes evaluation, development, and delivery components to identify
and prioritize needs, develop tailored offerings, and deliver services to organizations. The goal of
each relationship is to provide services and explore strategic partnerships that can emphasize each
organization's strengths and establish long-lasting educational achievements.

Landmark College seeks to partner with organizations to identify, develop, and deliver enduring services to improve the
effectiveness of educating and supporting students with LD and/or AD/HD.
Evaluation and Needs Assessment
Evaluation activities and needs assessments are conducted to understand an organization's current
needs, capabilities, constraints, and goals for serving students with LD and/or AD/HD and other
specialized learning needs.
Development of Tailored Programs
Evaluation information is used by subject matter experts to identify and develop components and
services that can be delivered and implemented in accordance with an organization's priorities and
capabilities.
Delivery of Services
Customized programs and services such as training workshops, organizational and infrastructure
components, professional development activities, and specifi c educational activities are delivered to the
organization to meet needs and facilitate the accomplishment of educational goals and outcomes.
